It started with a jar on the table at Sunday dinner.
Sam has been making salsa for family and friends for years. The recipe was simple: roast everything, chop it by hand, taste it until it's right. People started asking for jars to take home, then for jars to send to their friends.
Sam's Salsa's is that same kitchen, just bigger. We still roast in small batches, we still use fresh produce, and we never add anything you can't pronounce. Every jar is filled, sealed and labeled by hand.
